SSBilling BETA build 7

--------------------------------------
Security:
--------------------------------------
This server was mainly built to increase network security while adding more
control over the connected servers. It also adds commands and functionality
left out of the hastily-constructed SubBill server.

Passwords with a length of one are now properly encrypted.

Users cannot log in unsuccessfully as Billing SysOps or BanOps more than three
times without having their login packets ignored silently.

Users flooding remote channels are now ignored for 20 seconds after
a default number of 4 messages in 5 seconds (This is customizable).

9 chat channels can be active at one time, instead of 5.

Player names appear as they are typed (with caps).

A squad owner can rejoin with any password (in case they forgot).

The role of Billing SysOp has been split into catagories, look below.

Look below for other enhancements..

--------------------------------------
Information on the [Zones] section:
--------------------------------------
In SubBill.ini there are a few new sections. The confusing one is [Zones].
The important change in game server login is that passwords are now personal
instead of universal. Everyone knows that the SSC billing pw is Nosurrender,
but with this system, passwords are unique in each zone so no servers can
connect without being authorized by the host/billing sysops.
For example:

[Zones]
3000=FooBarPassword

In this example, a zone with ScoreId=3000 must log in with the password
"FooBarPassword" or it will be unable to connect to SSBilling.
You can change a zone's settings in server.ini like this to match:

[Billing]
Password=FooBarPassword
ScoreId=3000

It is optional to allow new servers to connect without consent. Yet, even with
this setting enabled, new zones cannot log into an established "Zone slot"
without the proper password. This setting can be turned on in subbill.ini:

[Login]
AllowNewZones=1

--------------------------------------
How to use the ABSystem:
--------------------------------------
ABS is short for Advanced Banning System. It is a clone of SSC's BanG
ban system. You will notice similar commands in ?help in the BanOp
section like ?blogin, ?ban and ?liftban. This is to facilitate your
ability to use the product. ABS is absolutely incomplete, but it still
works better in its current state than /*kill or a router-block
offered with subbill.exe and subgame.exe

How do you know you are banned by ABS? When you try to log in, SubSpace will
freeze until you press ESC. The server will still have a ping next to it.
Logging into ABS is easy. Just type ?blogin <password>. <password> is in
subbill.ini and should look like this:

[Password]
BanPassword=<password>

Just replace <password> with whatever you want. Bans do not kick players off
yet, just /*kill them and they will never come back. ABS bans by subnet,
so if you are worried about losing players this way, ?alias the player after
you have banned him. ?alias works like this:

In:   ?alias Catid3
Out:  Alias: Catid3, Catid(~IP)

With this ban, "Catid" will also be banned in the process. This version of
SSBilling allows you to use ?banfree <name> to allow players to enter despite
accidental bans.
You can view bans by typing ?listban:

In:   ?listban
Out:  1 -> Catid3 [127.0.0.*] by Catid [26-4-2000]
Out:  ...

How to report bugs:
--------------------------------------
This is still in BETA. I'll release these features when it is complete enough
to be called final. Minimal testing has been done on the obscure commands,
so expect bugs. If you do encounter any, make sure you send:

	The error message

	All Server.* files in your billing server folder

	The conditions which caused the crash
