document version 2

This is an example application of DLL-plugins.
The template can help you begin your own MERVBot project.

To make this source code generate elim.dll,
1) Extract source.zip (the latest MERVBot source code) to this folder
2) Enter the /elim folder
3) Double-click elim.dsw and compile

IMPORTANT: the MERVBot source code must be in the folder above your bot project! (step 1, above)

Here's the /elim directory layout:
../elim : Folder with MERVBot source code
/elim : Folder with elim.dll source code
/elim/spawn.cpp : Responses to in-game events such as kills
/elim/spawn.h : Spawn.cpp declarations
/elim/commands.cpp : Responses to !commands
/elim/elim.ds* : Visual Studio 6.0 project workspace
/elim/elim.vp*/sln : Visual Studio 7.0 project workspace
/elim/readme.txt : Template for DLL-plugin documentation

To create a new MERVBot DLL project from Visual Studio 6.0,
1) Start VS6
2) Select File:New
3) Choose from the Project tab, Win32 Dynamic-Link Library
4) Select the MERVBot source folder as the base folder

inside of the MERVBot source folder. Click OK
6) Choose to create an "Empty DLL project" Click Finish
7) Copy sample spawn.cpp;spawn.h;commands.cpp to your new folder
8) Project:Add To Project:Files. Add the copied files
