About:
Inspired by Crucial War Zone's 8ball plugin,
designed/coded 8ball for personal use.
!8ball <question> - will give a random responce
from the following list:
 - Without a doubt
 - Ask again later
 - Yes - definitely
 - Very doubtful
 - Don't count on it
 - Probably
 - Don't bet on it
 - It is certain
 - Yes

Installation:
In spawns.txt, use 8ball.dll instead of blank. Edit 8ball.ini to customize your very own sayings; limited to 9. The numbers are based zero, (ie: 0=... to 8=...). !8ball is on -by default-.


Commands:
SysOp- 
SMod- !reloadsayings
Mod- !8ball_on !8ball_off
