How to proceed:

1. Unzip the package -> SSNews12.exe, readme.txt, COMDLG32.OCX

2. Move SSNews12.exe to any folder (I recommend the folder with all your server files, including news.txt)

3. If necessary copy COMDLG32.OCX to your system folder (On my PC it is 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\')
