warp.dll v1.2

About:
This DLL will warp people when they enter a specified rectangle area
Optional message or messages is/are also sent to the player who is warped
You can optionally specify that you only want one sihp type to be warped

Commands used:
Mod - *warpto *arena

Issues:
Sometimes will not "see" a player(MERVBot bug?)
Make sure there is at least a 3x3 tiles area empty at the destination
It will double-warp the player if his/her ping is over 500ms
