Added a Compression routine so that when the non-used conversions
are just sitting there they don't take up half your hard drive space

			Instructions
			------------

1.  To uninstall a conversion file from subspace you type in this
    simple command.

    outpatch 'patch name' 'patch name2'

* Patch name - The name you want this particular patch to go under

* Patch name2 - The name of an already existing patch file that you have
		unistalled with this program.  This was made for quick conversion
		switching.




2.  To reinstall a conversion file into subspace you type this command

    inpatch 'patch name'

* Patch name - see patch name2 from above.




3.  

a)  This install program assumes that a conversion was already
    uninstalled if this is not so it will give an error.

b)  When unistalling a conversion you must type in an 'patch name'after
    the bat program name or else this program will not work.
