Warnings:
New plugin, may be some bugs.  Be sure to report problems to cat02e@fsu.edu, i'll fix them promptly.


About:
This bot is used to even the public teams in an arena with up to 8 public teams.

When too many players are on one public team, it will ask players to switch teams,
then attempt to change someone at random without changing a flag-carrier.

If private teams exist, assumes two public teams.


Installation:
Copy teameven.dll to your MERVBot folder
In spawns.txt, use teameven.dll
